Local Square

Branding

The local council began developing a new square within a large park, designed specifically for children. This area features its own unique branding, distinct from the rest of the park but still complements the official branding effortlessly.

For this project, we decided to highlight the vibrant colors of the brand logo to make them stand out even more.

Our work involved designing signage, hanging banners from light fixtures, and creating the entrance to the square.

Park general signage

Along with the signage for the children's plaza, we also designed a wayfinding system for the rest of the park. This system was created to bring a unified look to all the parks in the municipality.
The design mainly features a metal structure made of square profiles and folded sheet meta, combining durability with a clean, modern aesthetic.

  • Production Details:
  • Graphics: Cut vinyl (3M brand or similar quality) + anti-graffiti coating.
  • Structure Surface Finish: Anti-rust epoxy paint.
  • Cut-out Design: Laser-cut leaf pattern.

This system includes six different types of signage supports, each designed for a specific purpose:

  1. Nomenclature & Directions – Indicates the location of different areas.
  2. General Park Map – Provides an overview of the entire park.
  3. Parking Signage – Marks designated parking areas.
  4. Area Name Signs – Individual signs identifying specific areas.
  5. Kilometer Markers – Placed along the bike lane for distance tracking.
  6. Viewpoint Maps – Highlight scenic viewpoints within the park.
